Ted - new CD

Want to know what the former members of WA are up to since exiting the band? No postings pertaining to MT or Martin Turner's Band are allowed here. Mart has his own website, "wishboneash.co.uk" if you need to know what he's up to these days.

Totally agree with all your points there Foxy. I still find it outrageous that MT went ahead with the confusing and misleading attempt to perform with third rate musicians, using the name of the band he left years ago. It was avoidable and unnecessary, causing damage to Wishbone Ash and himself, forcing fans to take sides. Clearly the immoral urge to make money was too great for some.

now that really would have been the real Wishbone Ash as i remember it,wouldn't it ?

four outa five....still not 'wishbone ash'

the real deal?, most definitely not wishbone ash!
andy has the rights to the name 'wishbone ash' but its just the 'andy powell band'

wishbone ash was the magic of MT's song writing and AP's stunning guitar arrangements IMO!!

yep, IMO!! this will no doubt differ from most other opinions.

The fact is Andy Powell was in Wishbone Ash on day one and has been there every day since; a fact that is now endorsed by the courts.

You’re entitled to your opinion but you're taking a liberty here and you deserve the

No disrespect intended i can assure you.Did you ever see the original band ?Whilst Illuminations ,Bona Fide
and Elegant Stealth were all fantastic albums,i don't think Clan Destiny or Power Of Eternity would stand up
against the first 3 or even 4 albums, they even made Locked In look good and as for the Trance albums ?
Let's Hope the forthcoming album is up to the excellent standard set by Elegant Stealth.Looking forward
to it,fat chance of anything new from a once similarly named band.
