Music available on itune

Hello Wishbone team,
Can anybody tell me why album such as Just Testing or No Smoke Without Fire are not available on itune?What about the Distillation box set?It does not really make sense when you look at more obscure live albums beeing available.Can anybody help me on this one?What about Live Dates Vol 2?
