Agree with Harmony, Say Goodbye is my favourite but the lyrics are could be better! Lovely guitar though (as always), I also love Trust in You. On Sonos via Napster it sounds so different to the Cd and really strong (dont know why), love, just love the laid back feel and of course the guitar playing
Yeah, the lyrics are cheesy, but still I gave Say Goodbye my vote. Well, Locked In for sure has one remarkable quality: It is an album that you can talk about for hours and I very frequently give it re-runs in my car to (no offense) find some greatness in it. It is really such a strange album, not really bad, but simply strange.
I like the fact that it features several lead vocalists - although Laurie wasn't all too great back then if you compare him to his later work in WA! BTW: Has anyone ever noticed that Colosseum's first singer/guitarist Litherland sounds like a vocals-twin to Laurie?
Back: I have a faible for strange albums so I have a faible for Locked In. I don't think it's very good, but it is a very interesting page in the history book of our band. I would definitely be happy to hear some song in a concert - but I can understand if they play songs they like better
